Is this a replacement for primary care?
Perennial is built for proactive longevity care, advanced diagnostics, and physician-guided optimization. It works alongside your existing primary and emergency care, adding the time, depth, and continuity conventional schedules rarely allow.
Do you accept insurance?
Membership and consultation pricing are transparent and direct-pay. Some outside diagnostics may have separate billing rules depending on the lab, imaging center, or patient benefits.
What happens after testing?
Testing is interpreted in context, translated into priorities, and revisited over time. The goal is not more data; it is better clinical decisions.
How do patients communicate?
Patients use the secure Perennial portal for labs, documents, plan tracking, visits, and communication. Concierge care includes a higher level of direct access.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Some patients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible medical services. Perennial provides transparent receipts, but patients should confirm eligibility with their plan administrator or tax advisor.
What is included in membership?
Membership includes ongoing physician-led care, structured follow-up, secure portal communication, plan review, and clinical interpretation of selected diagnostics. Outside labs, imaging, or third-party testing may be billed separately.
What if I need urgent or emergency care?
Perennial supports longitudinal longevity care and concierge access, but emergencies still require 911 or emergency department care. Urgent boundaries are reviewed with members during onboarding.
Can I cancel membership?
Membership terms are reviewed before enrollment so expectations are clear. Cancellation timing, renewal, and any unused services should be confirmed in the membership agreement.
